I mistakenly ordered a Drag Specialties heavy duty inner tube when I meant to order the deluxe heavy duty tube. I phoned customer service and they promptly shipped me the deluxe version at no charge and they told me to hang onto the other one as a spare. So two thumbs up and a big thanks for great service..

I have used Revzilla for quite sometime. I would use other sites as well but over time I only use Revzilla. Their prices are equal to or better than competitors. Their shipping speed and often free shipping is great. Customer service is easy to communicate with and helpful. Overall Revzilla is the total package for me.

Revzilla has always been a solid parts house for me. My ordered was shipped lightning quick and was packed well and accurate. I really love the option to have the package redirected to a Fed Ex facility. Saved me a headache of worrying about my box of parts being stolen while I wasnt home.

It simply doesn't fit properly. Some of the mounting points do not align with the motorcycle.

I have only put about 100 miles on it so far but it's great the Chanel in the center definitely helps with the pressure on my tail bone

Website works perfectly fine, though the search can be a touch flaw with certain products only available in certain sizes/colours but would still be included in search results. That's fine, and while it can be frustrating, it's nowhere near as bad as how terrible the shipping experience was.
