Measured my head. Ordered the helmet that the sizing chart indicated. I was on the low side of the XXL size so the XXL should have fit and if anything - it should have been a little loose. The XXL did not fit and was so tight on my cheeks that my teeth were digging into them. I returned the XXL and ordered the XXXL. The XXXL according to the manufacturer's sizing chart should be way too big for me but that is what fits. It's still a little tight on the cheeks but I believe that it will wear in ok. This really doesn't make a lot of sense to me because the XXL and XXXL are supposed to be the same shell size - so I guess that there is that much difference in the cheek pads and inner liner?
It was easy to find my year, make and model of my bike. Easy to get to the section I need to find my hand levers. It shipped same day and showed up earlier than expected. Everything was exactly what I ordered as it always is when I order from Revzilla. You guys rock. Thank you!

Provided my email and phone for a promo code for 10% off my first purchase. Made purchase, had to return it because it was the wrong model. Shoei CW-1 vs CWR-1 visor. Could not use my promo code on the re-purchase Because it was not my "first" purchase. Contacted support, they said, "we don't give retroactive discounts."
Promo code was not good for the item I ordered. Disappointed. I know it was only for eligible items, but those were pretty lame. Subtle bait and switch.
