I've only been using the quad lock for about 2 weeks and it's performed flawlessly. I had watched a lot of conflicting reviews but I haven't ran into any of the issues they complained about. The only thing I wish Quad Lock did different was to have a bundle of everything needed rather than having to purchase it all separately. Seems like a well made product and only time will tell.
The only thing I wish was possible is a card holder built into the case. It's become a convenience on my everyday phone case and I miss it when I switch to the Quad Lock when on the bike.

Original pair sizing was small; simple return and reorder process. Larger gloves just arrived… very happy with purchase.

I purchased 2 gift cards that weren't sent to the recipient, including after speaking with Customer Service and being told the errors were fixed.

All looked good until I went to install and there were parts missing. The breather bolts were not in the package. I call customer service and they said let us check into it. I was a little put back at that time as I had to wonder when and how they were going to resolve. They entered a replacement hardware kit that would have the parts I needed. Received said parts by USPS 5 days later and this was over a holiday weekend.

Content with this purchase as well as all others in the past.

Everything was shipped to me on time. After a few days sitting at my desk, I finally opened my Insta 360 X5 Motorcycle Bundle. It was easy to set up, for me. The camera has great video quality, up to 8k if memory serves. I haven't been able to try out all the X5 has to offer app wise, but from what I've been reading it looks like this is a great product with tons of tricks to enhance, edit, and give my videos an overall better feel to them.

Parts received in a timely manner. Manufacturer's stock was backordered 6 weeks. Parts were in stock on the website.

Purchased a new jacket Fast shipping and easy purchase experience. Unfortunately not a great fit for me. Quick visit to the account page a few clicks and a pre-paid return shipping label printed. Dropped off at local FedEx drop location. Just a few days later the payment refunded on card.

I ordered HJC C-10, some alpine star gloves and boots and I love them all, they fit perfectly and the delivery was faster than any other thing I have order
