I was looking for replacement brake lever. My fault didn't double check, but with the proper filter for my bike the site showed me an improper part. Again my fault for not double checking but your AI could improve on filtering results.

I ordered two tires for my bike, they were shipped via UPS separately and I received them very quickly. And then ordered a Cardio Pro headset, it was shipped USPS but unfortunately, it took me weeks to get it. I realize this was the fault of USPS, not Riela, so it's a five-star overall! Maybe just try not to use USPS, they are horrible when shipping to Hawaii

Ordered Alpinestar pants and hip protectors. Delivery was fast but unfortunately it was the wrong pants. They sent Dianesse pants with no tags and shoved an Alpinestar tag and booklet in the back pocket. Many questions. Why did the pants have no tag even though they were the wrong brand. Why was an Alpinestar tag and booklet shoved in the back pocket? I can understand a mistake but this is wrong on many levels. This was intentional and unethical. I immediately filled out the form for my return the same day the package was received and will be shipping it back asap. I would like an explanation from Revzilla.

I ordered a helmet I thought was a modular helmet and contacted customer service and she was very helpful and professional. I was looking at another helmet and she confirmed that it was a modular helmet and I returned the the helmet and when they received it my money was refunded and I placed the order for the module helmet and I was very pleased. I received the helmet in two days that was outstanding.

The front tire arrived in a box, they rear tire no box, no wrapping full of dirt, please use a box

Narrower than original tubing but worked good, pressure back to normal. Came with the rubber mounts for the back but not front. Had to reuse the old ones. Found Revzilla coupon which helped. Shipping was ahead of schedule which worked out.

Had the product I wanted and at a fair price. Easy to order. Shipping was less than 24 hours, incredible.

Making a new tire selection was easy, I just wanted to match the rear tire I already replaced. I purchased a new Angel GT front tire. Oregon's often rainy weather made choosing an all season tire challenging but upon recommendation I tried the Angel GT and have so far had good results, so when it came time for a new front tire it made sense to have a matching set. Revzillas order process is easy and the tire was purchased for a reasonable discount over buying from the local shop.
