Good and comfortable when on the bike, the weight is really light.

I'm from Canada and in 7 days I received my product so that was really fast!

The part I ordered first came way late. Even tho I paid for fast shipping. Then I finally got it. And it was broken lol. I can't win.

RevZilla seems to always have products that I want or need. I had some questions about pant sizes and shipping. Jadiel S. Was extremely helpful. Received the jacket and pants I ordered, and they fit great. I usually wear a 34 waist in pants, and these Kim pants fit great.

The gas can is a perfect fit in my hard bags and will come in handy on those long rides. I knew what I wanted and the search on RevZilla brought it right up.

I received my Thrashin Supply gloves June 23rd, did a week of riding and there's already a hole from the stitching coming undone.

The seat did not fit the bike like it should've. There was a 2 inch space between the console and the front of the seat so I returned it. I'm waiting for my full refund.

I recently bought a pair of Revit Portland boots. Size listed on the boots are a US 7.5, I wear 8.5 in all my other shoes, but these were too big. Wore them one time and they felt like clown shoes, dangerous on a bike. I can't wear these, and cannot return them, as my roommate threw out the box.

Absolutely love what I purchased Bilt womens mesh jacket, short womens gloves, and and extra back protector. The protector makes it slightly warmer but bei g a passenger it mskes me feel safer. The jacket is slightly heavy but the air flow is terrific. The gloves are a little tight but they need to be broken in. Thank you Revzilla!

From shopping to narrowing down my choices to the purchase to speaking with customer service regarding the fit of my new helmet I was very pleased with my entire experience.

The site said that DynoJet Power Vision 3 would work with my 2003 fuel injected road king. There was a note that said if you have the Delphi computer in your bike it would work. That's not the case. You won't know if it's compatible until you plug it in. The return process was fine, I just received an email saying they'll refund my money. I should be receiving the original Power Vision (which I ordered directly from DynoJet) today. Not the worst experience of my life but still disappointing.

I bought a rear tube bumper for my 2025 Polaris Ranger XP 1000 NorthStar Edition Trail Boss. Very quick shipping and the bumper fit perfectly!

I called in and talked to a sales rep on some Givi hard case products to ensure I was buying the right things the first time since it was a $1200 order. I ended up getting an additional top box plate, that wasn't needed since the plate required came with the top box. Not a big deal to return it - but I paid $10 to return it on bad advice from the Revzilla tech. The GIVI products I purchased all showed as a monolock system on the website - and the product came with stickers on the each that all said monolock. However the key system didn't work without having to rig some additional spacers. 100% on GIVI, but several phone calls with Revzilla and Givi and my time to jerry rig a solution. From a GIVI standpoint. I give their Engineering team a solid 9, their Support team a 5, their Marketing and Sales folks a 3 (a little product differentiation would go a long way toward ensuring folks bought the right things from the get go). The Accountants at GIVI get a 1. Yes, they saved a dollar by not providing paper instructions, but a QR code. However, trying to look into installation details, especially since their product didn't work as advertised, on a 2 x 6in phone screen sucks.
