Ordered an Arlen Ness Heavy Breather rain sock as Florida is quite unpredictable with rain through the summer months. Ordered it and received it relatively quickly. Defective helmet. Sun visor was wedged down and then inoperable using the lever. Also far too small in my cheeks even though the head measurement was right in the middle of Large. Had paid $20 for 2-day shipping to make a planned trip. Tracking then showed a 5-day delivery. Called a rep who told me they had another vendor fill the order and didn't offer expedited delivery. Said someone should have notified me. No one did. She refunded my $20. Have always been pleased with Revzilla, but this time was very disappointed. Returned the helmet without reordering.

I received the product, charged it and it does not work. I contacted the manufacturer to resolve and they had me send it in for repair.
