The shield has great style. Definitely unique, which is what I was mostly going for. The three snaps are sturdy. I read the comments about the shield blowing off when looking backwards - while I could see this happening at highway speeds, I am typically using this helmet when I ride my mopeds. So I'm going 45mph max usually. Riding with this helmet in general on a highway is... not something I would recommend regardless, simply because it is not a full-face. Back to the shield. The chrome reflective version is cool, definitely a solid vibe with the red/sparkle helmet itself. The ONLY "problem" I have had with it isn't really an issue, but since I wear glasses it's a bit difficult to maneuver the helmet with the face shield on without getting my glasses all wonky. Fixed that by just squeezing my glasses in/under afterwards. I'm guessing this is a general issue for some helmets and people that wear glasses. But worth mentioning either way.

Little things matter a lot. Got the brake pad set today, somewhat roughed-up after being packed then shipped in an unpadded plastic bag. Disappointed after spending 284 dollars and not getting the thoughtfulness of striving towards customer satisfaction by the use of a recycled materials box and padding material. EBC produces decent brake pads at fair prices, I am 5-stars rating content with that.
