Great product and customer service.
I am a repeat customer, so that in and of itself is a testament to the quality of product and service. That said, with this Covid number we are all experiencing, the last order I received was held at customs, and I was charged an additional $19.90 Canadian. This was disappointing, because we in Canada already pay a hefty price in conversion to US costs...but you guys have the monopoly, NMN is not available in Canada, wether this is an FDA thing or not, I don't know. We are not too pleased about this additional cost, as I stated pre-Covid, we never paid any duty to Canadian Customs, and I have been ordering from you for my clients and myself for the past two years.
What I would like to see, is a wholesale price for practitioners. I am a RHN ( registered holistic nutritionist for over 20 yrs.) and a a RNCP ( registered nutritional councillor practitioner), I have accounts with several companies, one of which is located min the States ( Metagenics), the other professional accounts are here in Canada or Europe. Please speak to this if you can. Thank-you for making your product available to us in Canada.
