Not only is the quality severely lacking, but I was shocked to find the dress design (the design I ordered and others on the website) listed in an established Etsy Shop. I will be returning my purchase and will never again give them any of my business. You should be ashamed Retro-State!
Ordered on 5/27, shipped on 5/29 did not receive until 07/06 even though I paid for "express shipping" so I would receive it in 12 to 20 business days. Because it took so long we had to buy another dress because this one did not arrive in time (12 to 20 business days). The only reason I gave it 2 stars is because when we finally received the dress it looked exactly like the picture. Had it not been for the SUPER slow delivery, I would have given this company 5 stars. Because it took so long to deliver I would not recommend ordering from this company.

The dresses I received are beautiful and exactly what I ordered. I'm in love and will be buying from here again!
I just received mine yesterday and I'm in love! The size fits perfectly thanks to the chart, and it arrived quickly to my house. I also like the material, it seems like a very well made dress. I also like that I don't need the extra piece to make the bottom flare out, it already does it nicely without it!
I ordered a dress 6 weeks ago. It made it to the United States 5 weeks ago and it has not moved since. I contacted them and asked for a refund since it was apparent I would not be receiving my item. Their response was to be patient. I replied that the dress was for a dance that had just passed and the tracking shows it in the same place for 5 weeks. They responded with my tracking info (which I had) and again said to be patient. Twice I politely asked for a refund and both times their answer was to be patient and wait for my item. I will make sure to let people know that their customer service is non existent and to not order from this company

I placed my order in early May of 2020. It is now early July and according to the tracking information I have the packages have not yet left the Netherlands. Customer support was absolutely no help when I tried to ask for support as they claimed that everything was shipped even though I had yet to receive any tracking information or email. My order still only says confirmed on the website and according to the tracking info provided there has been no movement of my package since June 17th. Unacceptable. Do NOT order from this place. Terrible service.

My fiancé ordered my dress and petticoat on the 25th of May, we received my order on the 29th of June. I am in love with my dress! Dress is very flattering as is petticoat. I would definitely recommend this store!
I ordered three dresses from this site on May 9th, it is now July 2nd and I have only received two dresses. The other dress is still coming even though I paid for fast shipping. The dresses themselves are lovely and fit me perfectly, but one dress came with a broken zipper. Luckily I know how to replace a zipper but I would be pissed if I didn't! The fabric on first impression felt very cheap. You can tell not much effort went into making these dresses with decent quality. I don't think I'm going to order from here again.

Great 1920' dress. It looks gorgious and i am totally bluffed with the effect and good quality. I will définitly order new items from them. I recomand+++

I soon as I received this it immediately became one of my favorite dresses. You do need to order up a size, but once you do, it will fit really well especially if you have curves. I usually wear a 14 and I ordered an XXL to be safe. It fits really well and unlike most of the dresses on this site, I think it would also probably work on someone who wears a 16 because it has some stretch to it. It has a great shape and the material is a nice light cotton blend which feels great, although you will definitely have to iron it after washing. It hangs really well and has a true swing shape, which looks great either with or without a petticoat underneath. Order this dress... you will not be disappointed!
I never received the package and the seller kept telling me it was "delivered" and refused to issue any refund. I've wasted hours calling DHL about this order and even they couldn't tell me where the package ended up, and marked it as "missing" in their system. I gave the seller the claim number, but they completely ignored my request and the fact that i NEVER GOT THE PACKAGE. This is not a reputable website and i do not recommend using them. There are many other websites like this one where they ship cheap clothes from a foreign country - I personally will never trust these international websites again, especially avoid RetroStage at all cost!

When I ordered my dresses I accidently ordered one as a small. Very awkward since I actually needed XXL. I frantically send an email to customer service to which they responded a few hours later. They changed the size for me and were very kind about it. The dresses took a bit longer to arrive than I expected. I figured it would take 3 weeks for them to arrive but it ended up being two weeks longer. I've ordered from more expensive vintage sites before and I'm not going to lie, you can tell there's a difference in quality. The fabric is thinner and the stitches on the inside are messier. On the outside though? Can't tell the difference. Considering that these are half the price of my more expensive vintage dresses I think it's a decent trade-off. So low price for beautiful dresses but the quality is a bit lower and they take somewhat longer to arrive.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS 'COMPANY'!
First and last time I buy anything from here. What you see online is not what you get in reality. When I received the dress it was cheap material and very itchy. I had such a problem from the get-go. First I placed an order then I got an email saying they were out so o would receive it about a week later. I told them I would be moving and needed them to send it to my new address. They still sent it to my old address so then it took even longer to receive the package. I emailed about my disappointment in the product and then I was told I had to buy the label and return it. Why should I shell out more money to return a pathetic dress? I think it's so wrong that companies expect you to pay for a return level because their product is a piece of trash! Very very disgusted.

Answer: XL is a Uk size 14 you have to look at the measurements not the Uk and Us sizes as they are a bit out. The sizing chart is at the bottom of the page of the required item go by the cm, s or inches

Answer: It's coming from China and takes 60 days… they add a s"order shipped but it's not shipped… it's a scam sight. Call your bank and dispute the charges.
Answer: I would say yes, China sizes. I ordered 2PCS White Blouse Top & Suspender Pants - White / XL / 10~12 and the size was smaller than a 10, about an 8, but you couldnt wear the pants anyway, so doesnt matter. They list XL as 10-12 but i would still size down and with how the pieces vary greatly, that might still be false.
