Goods obviously manufactured in China also sent from China warehouse to Belgium. Additional customs cost of 80 euro were added to the original 111 euro purchase cost for 3 dresses! Retrostage acknowledges we should have been supplied from the Europe warehouse, but does not intend to refund. Very unfortunate! So (future) customers be aware before purchasing from Retro Stage: you may end up with double the cost of what is stated on the website!
It's great when you can find such adorable dresses that actually for your style! I can no wait to wear this dress for Christmas dinner with friends and family, and show it off. It's supper easy to order, and find what I want, just wish they had more shoes in my size (9 1/2) but dang, the dresses. I love them.

I ordered this dress for a pageant, because the dress I originally had was to be made and I didn't get it in time so I ordered this one hoping it would come in time. The dress came in a few days before I left for the pageant, and it was just as it was pictured only more beautiful and it fit perfect. Long story short, ordered 2 dresses from them because one was faster shipping. Tried returning the other and by the time they got back to me after multiple emails back and forth on how to return the item, it was past their 15 day policy. If they would of had better customer serivce, I would of ordered more in the future but because of this, I will never order from them and hope to prevent others to have to deal with this headache. Unless you are 100% you you won't need to return or replace item, do not order from this store!

I initially ordered from them and the outfits arrived really quickly. Though terrible quality but I guess you get what you pay for. However my 2 other orders are nowhere to be found now. I contacted them weeks ago and no response. I'm not sure if it is a legitimate website anymore.

I bought 2 dresses from Reteo Stage in July 2020. One didn't fit so I followed their strict return process that they seemed unwilling to even tell me about, making it as difficult as possible to return the dress. They ask for an item # for the dress which can be found no where on their on website, only the name of the item. Of course I had to pay for the return shipping, and I included the shipping # as instructed. Here it is 3 months later and no one has contacted me to confirm they recieved the dress, let alone issue a refund. All I've gotten is dozens of spam emails. They should have just said "no refunds" instead of making you send back a dress you paid for so they can RIP you off and sell it to someone else. I'd have been better off trying to sell the dress myself than return it to them. Boo.

Usually when ordering clothes online, I anxiously wait on pins and needles wondering if what I get remotely resembles what I ordered. I have never had to worry about that with Retro Stage! Every single outfit and pair of shoes I've ordered have fit according to their size charts, and look EXACTLY how advertised. They let me know my dress was on on a little bit of delay. When it finally came in it was a little tight. I sent an email about exchange. They got back to me within 24hours. This website is a spam, they trick you into all these vintage dresses and there is none!
I ordered and did not receive my order and when I checked with the tracking company they said this place is a spam and many people are complaining, I did not get my refund of $140.17 from them till now and its been 3 month of back-and-forth emails!

Answer: XL is a Uk size 14 you have to look at the measurements not the Uk and Us sizes as they are a bit out. The sizing chart is at the bottom of the page of the required item go by the cm, s or inches

Answer: It's coming from China and takes 60 days… they add a s"order shipped but it's not shipped… it's a scam sight. Call your bank and dispute the charges.
Answer: I would say yes, China sizes. I ordered 2PCS White Blouse Top & Suspender Pants - White / XL / 10~12 and the size was smaller than a 10, about an 8, but you couldnt wear the pants anyway, so doesnt matter. They list XL as 10-12 but i would still size down and with how the pieces vary greatly, that might still be false.
