It is a quality service very user friendly, but don't advertise that it is free, let someone spend hours of their time building a resume and then wait and charge to print or download after i already had so much time invested. I would have gladly paid the $2.95 if you were up front about it. Yeah you still got my money congratulations you $#*!ing scumbag!
