I didn't like how the whole address wasn't included. I had to put my home address numbers in before the city to make it work- but then the comma was in the wrong place and I couldn't do anything about it. Had to fix it in Word later. It was a pain!

Poor completion process, has left me frustrated, also the monthly fee of 7.95 per month has become an annual fee of $95.
