The link said it was free but I had to pay to download, email or print the copy. That is ridiculous and now I feel scammed but I don't have time to create another resume before it has to be submitted.

Its not FREE! There should be in BOLD letters it cost money. But it is a great website and helps immensely with writing your resume.
