User friendly - appears to be a free service in the beginning so a charge before being able to actually get your resumes was a little surprising.

The promotion led me to believe the service was initially free. It was only after devoting an hour+ to entering the data that I discovered there was a fee (initially modest, but increasing 10x after the first month).
