The ad was completely misleading. I spent hours gathering all this information to compile what was advertised as a free resume builder. There valuable hours that could have been put toward sleep but instead were spent devoted to something that in the end was not as promised.

I love how quick it is to create a resume and switch between templates. The only issue I had is that I wish there was more customization available. For example: adding bold to certain parts of text, removing errors that show up in certain templates when you choose to put your graduation date, and more options for fonts. Great product.

Attracted by use of word "Free" when I initially clicked on the link. After going through the process to build my resume... hit with a charge in order to print, download, etc. Just call a spade a spade and put the pricing upfront.
