I thought this was a free program. This is probably a scam witch I am going to regret paying for but after spending the time felt I did want to start over with another company so will go forward reluctantly.

Good god good good good However the problem is not resolved. I'm not sure who looked at it over the weekend. These are pictures I took on Friday. The water from the gutter comes over the side and in the window. There is mold growing on the window frame and it's coming through the wall. The window frame is also rotted from all the water it has absorbed. I realize this is a nuisance and it's the last thing I want to have to bring to your attention. However if isn't dealt with properly, a mold issue is very concerning for the health
