Resume Genius was difficult to deal with. I can tell they are more out to get money than actually help their clients. I committed to many hours building a resume to find out that their payment method was not functioning properly. I took all the steps necessary to resolve as they suggested in which took many more hours without any success. I asked countless to resolve the issue but could not and refused to send me my resume. Then they told me to take my business to another company. Very unprofessional. AVOID ResumeGenius! SCAMMERS
