The service was really easy to used but I'm kind of annoyed that I went through the entire process only to be told at the very end that I have to pay. I don't mind paying but I feel like it should have been mentioned upfront. The lack of transparency is annoying but the actual service was great, no complaints there.

So far, it's very quick and convenient. However, I'm not too thrilled with having to pay for a resumee builder, which could probably have been done for free. The price isn't terrible however.
