Not being clear about the price or payment of the service up front feels underhanded. At no point before filling out the resume was there mention of the service fee. Please do not mistake the 2 star for the fee itself. The low grade is for not being clear up front. If I were to recommend this service I would undoubtedly mention this.

Good experience. Easy to use. I had issue with the cards I was using to make a payment. Then I called helpline lady told me I need to use credit card I told her we don't any. But agent wasn't very understanding my situation.
