Excellent until i was finished and was informed that i would have to pay in order to get the resume i just spent time creating. That should be made clear from the beginning.
WEBSITE SAID FREE RESUME BUILDER. FILLED IN ALL INFORMATION TO CREATE A RESUME, THEN WHEN IT'S TIME TO DOWNLOAD OR PRINT IT SAYS THAT YOU HAVE TO SIGN UP AND PAY FOR MEMBERSHIP.
My experience with the software has been pleasant but I think its crap that its advertised as FREE but then last minute when I finish my resume you're going to charge me :)

Very disappointed in this service. While it is a good resume writing service on the surface, which claims to be "free", it is actually not free. I signed up for the 14 day trial 2 months ago at $1.95 just to be able to edit my resume. After 14 days I was charged $39.99 to my debit card. I assumed that this was a yearly charge for the service, but it is monthly. Today (2nd month), I was hit with another $39.99 charge, despite no longer needing the service. I called the support number and spoke to a representative and a supervisor, who told me that is in the TOS that I cannot be refunded after the subscription renews if I do not cancel beforehand. That has got to be the WORST customer service answer ever. I paid for 1 month, which is all I needed, and now I have to pay for another month. With Amazon Prime, you can cancel on literally the last day of your subscription, having used it for the entire month, and they will issue you a full refund. Not this company. I am very disappointed.
I don't like that it states that it is free and after spending an hour working on my resume low and behold it is not free.
Wish I could move some parts around on the resume so its not too long but otherwise great service.
Also do nt advertise free if i have to pay at the end, that's very misleading.
