The resume building was easy, but then you wanted to charge for what was advertised as a free service.
This is a ridiculous charge for a crappy service, and the site lets you spend hours working on a resume and only charges you after you try to download. I will pay today - I've wasted too much time not to - but I will be canceling immediately afterward and letting my social media know that your service is an overpriced scam.
Wish there was more of a warning that I would have to pay. It makes sense, every one has to make money but it was advertised as free so I spent a lot of time making my resume only to have to pay at the end. Didn't want to give up all the progress I had made so I paid for it. Also, the prices seem high for what your website offers. Why would someone pay so much for resume/cover letters? How many resumes does one person make a year?

This website advertises as a free service, then once you've built and invested all this time to creating your resume, using one of their "free Templates," once you click download resume, it forces you to choose a service level agreement, no choice if you want your resume you just spent an hour creating. You must choose a service level agreement and you must pay! There is nothing free about this offer, its click bait and its dishonest.
