Let me edit to put bullet points in work experience section
I wish I have been informed that payment is required to download my resume before I spent all this time to build it. I was looking for a free online resume builder.
Great experience, super easy to use and user friendly
Wish I could have made a few changes before downloading but the layout and format is still good.
Templates are too rigid with few choices. I had to contact the help center 4 times during my session. Also, you need to allow for Linkedin addresses in your header template.

Stupid company, advertising for FREE resumes but yet here I am PAYING for access to the resume I created.
I wish I could give negative stars.
This company offers you a 1$ "trial" period of 14 days, but if you miss part of the fine print they will charge you 40$ for their full subscription... over a month after you used the trial. They COUNT on you forgetting the trial and charge you an insane amount. This charge occurred within the last 24 hours and I tried to get a refund because I am not using their service (and now never will and will be sure no one I know uses this service
Not only that, but they did this DURING A WORLDWIDE PANDEMIC and REFUSED TO REFUND. That is an absolutely SMILEY business practice ESPECIALLY during this time in history. Unsympathetic. Slimy.
Read their BBB reviews. All the one star reviews are 100% absolutely TRUE. AVOID THIS BUSINESS.

Not a free service as advertised on Google Search. Good templates though.
No complaints aside from you guys claiming its free then charging me for the template...
Easy and efficient. Lots of choices of formats that look great.
Don't say it's free, let people do all that work then say it costs money to get the resume they just worked hard to build.
