It was advertised that it was free. Then I did all of the work just to find out it wasn't free. I was pretty disappointed and now I have to cancel the membership.

I was surprised to see that there was a charge, albeit modest at the very end. It troubled me a bit but I understand your objective in doing it that way. Otherwise, I learned a lot while following your user friendly process and format.
I would have like a few more customization options in the career objective part and tailoring the skills to job stings would be nice but otherwise nice program. Easy and painless.
