SIMPLE AND INTUITIVE
The service seems OK so far. The buying experience was difficult. I could not type the CVV for an American Express card because I could only enter 3 digits. I was able to enter the information using a password manager. And I contacted Chat and was told AMEX is not available... after I already paid using AMEX. That experience leaves me with misgivings about the rest of the service, though I will keep using it as I have now paid.

Simple with nice layout choices. The only thing that I didn't like was when I added my own list of bulleted items they don't share the same marking as the first one in the series.
Easy to use, but I hate that bull$#*! you pull about free resume builder. Yah you can type $#*! in for free. But that's it. Just say it doesn't cost a lot.
All marketing says free, mentions nothing about fee to download until the end.
I don't appreciate that the website says free but in order for you to get your resume that was just created you have to buy a subscription first. Be honest and up front.

Amazing site, i was skeptical of it at first with no paywall up front but after filling out the info and seeing what it looks like all together i was sold.
