Had trouble saving my resume throughout the creation process. Lost my info several times. It was user error, but navigation ability was hit and miss at best.
I spent all of this time creating a"Free" resume only to have to pay to download it. Complete bull$#*!
Resume templates are advertised as free but I never found a way to get it without buy a trial membership. It felt like a rip off, but I had already spent so much time that I paid just so I could print my resume.

HAVING YOUR FEES UPFRONT WOULD BE NICE, INSTEAD OF ADVERTISING AS FREE, HAVING US GO THROUGH THE PROCESS, THEN CHARGE US TO HAVE ACCESS TO THE "FREE RESUME".
