So far so good. It was a very simple process and it looks so much better than what I would have done on my own. The only slight issue is the fact they say it's free, but when you finish and click to download you go to a subscription page. So I guess I'll be paying $2.95 to be able to get my resume.

While the Resume process is great and the entire setup in terms of the creation of the resume is extremely helpful, I would highly suggest that a messaged is placed at the beginning of the process letting users know that downloading the resume will ultimately require a small, yet mandatory, purchase.
Wish you could purchase a one time use. I just need it for a formality.

I reviewed the website before beginning to find any fees and there wasn't anyplace that it could be found before the resume was completed. The program itself was easy to use, and the price is fairly reasonable, but transparency with fees would have given you a rating of 5
