You trick people saying that the resume builder is free. But it is a good tool.
The platform is nice, however your trick your customers that is is for free and them when you've spent more than an hour to build the resume suddenly you have to pay. Doesn't look like customer-friendly strategy. It would be fine not to put FREE on your page at all.

Easy to create, user friendly. My only disappointment is that it said that it was free to begin with and then I was prompted to pay in the end. I would prefer if I was told that I would be paying from the start. That is a bit deceptive.
