Too expensive, didn't realize this was a paid service when I started my resume. I don't like that this is a subscription-based service. I'll gladly pay for a ONE-time cost for a resume, but keeping this monthly is ridiculous. Who needs to change their resume monthly?

My experience record is too long and the preview only allow me to see one page I would like to be able to see the complete document.
Overall service is good but should have made customers aware of the price upfront.
Falsely stating it is free and then at the end charging is wrong. Do better
There should be an option for a single-time buy along with the subscription model. If all goes well, I don't think I'll have to make resumes that frequently.
It was really fast and easy so I enjoyed that sense I don't have a lot of time on my hands.
