I am disappointed that it says "free" and after you enter all of your information it makes you pay to proceed. Very deceptive.
Nowhere prior to trying to use the template did it mention a charge of any kind. You need to be more transparent about what you're providing because there is nothing free about it. I obviously don't mind paying, I don't like being mislead or lied to.

I would not have bothered filling out all this information if it was genuinely not free. Such as advertised. They take you through this entire hour-long process. And then charge you a subscription in order to actually get the item that you have been working on.
