Very user friendly
Looked easy to navigate, and it proved this as it only took me about 30 minutes to complete my resume from scratch.

Im really upset that i had to pay when i searched for free and this popped up first under free resume and never once did it say anything about paying for this tell i spent all this time doing my resume tell after i was done and spent all this time to do this

It was pretty easy to build a resumé, and I liked the formatting options available. A few of the building sections were a little difficult to navigate and to get text where I wanted it to be. Also, I experienced an issue with double account creation because I think I used PayPal to buy the trial subscription and that payment is associated with a different email address than the one I used in my resumé; this created a dual account situation where I couldn't retrieve my previous work. Luckily, they have a good customer service staff, and I was able to get everything straightened out with the resumé

For someone who has never or has been an extensive time since having to complete a resume, this was fairly quick and easy with professional results. Navigating through the site and preparation of the document is setup so people with difficulty on computers will be able to with ease. It gives you easy to choose options and ideas you would not have thought about that is geared to the profession you choose. Also for me has been almost 3 yrs since I completed my last resume and when I signed in, it was still available on the site for me to just edit/update.

I don't like investing time uploading and editing on a Free site only to get hamstrung with an $8 required fee.
Please tell me upfront. You don't need to be shady.
Now I don't respect your companies practices and will never utilize it again

Super easy to use, the upload feature is very helpful. Using gave me a better idea of where I was with my old resume and how I could improve!

I enjoyed the experience for the most part, up until the end when I did not realize I had to pay for my resume. I still appreciate the help and assistance it offered me.

Need to include price upfront not at the end to catch people. If makes you feel like a scam, even when its not. I think more people would keep the excited to have the prescription.

I like how it provides me with what I want my career to be and that is to become a crime scene investigator. I mostly like how it gives me skills that I have learned in school as I am a recent graduate, but also letting what job I apply for know that I am looking to gain experience

Love it. But i encountered some issues with typing. So many times i couldn't type. Like the whole thing would just freeze, so it took me about 3 days to finish my resume. Other than that, it is excellent!
