The service itself is pretty good though it would be nice if there was a place for volunteer work. Your billing practices are predatory and ensnaring and should be outlawed for all companies. Someone should not be forced to have to cancel something they never asked for in the first place. It is a disgusting and greedy and dishonest business practice and you should all be ashamed of yourselves.
