I appreciated being able to upload my current resume into your templates. That made it so easy! I am concerned about billing. It says I will definitely be charged the $24.95 after the 14 days, but it doesn't say whether I can cancel before the 14 days. I would appreciate if it was more clearly stated so I know upfront how much I will be ultimately charged if I want to create a one-time resume without extra subscription features.

Standard answers help fill in where resume is weak. I was not able to download the entire resume from my computer. It seems the program did cut off certain aspects such as work experience prior to 15 years. May be would be better to have the entire resume appear, then have the program make suggestions so that I do not leave anything off the resume.

Not specifying it's a paid service until one is finished doing the work of completing their resume is deceptive. Searched "free online resume builder" and your website displayed "free" in the search result.

The builder is very helpful. But not honest about it only being free for txt format download. If needed in any other format like pdf being the main one needed costs $3
