I think that the system was fairly easy to use the only thing i don't like is it states free but at the end of everything it wants you to pay sounds like a lie to me i would rather know upfront if i have to pay for a service or not. Although it is nice that you give me an option for a refund

Not showing a price, leading one to believe they are receiving a free service until, they complete the entire process. Then not giving an option for a single non recurring purchase is shady as hell and kinda messed up.
