I thought the word free meant it would not cost me anything out of pocket to build my resume, which it didn't but for me to have the ability to download to save it for use it is costing me money therefore you site is not free at all.

I was directed here by a company I was applying to. I have a resume that is not auto-imported well. So, I just spent 4 hours rebuilding my resume only to find out this is a paid subscription. I feel duped. Also I want to add a section for volunteer work to my resume but don't see a way to do that.

I would have preferred to know about the fee up front (even though it is minimal to begin) because you invest the time to create the resume and some people may not have money to their names and then are left with nothing at the end.
