Very quick and easy to use. Except the difficulty with adding and editing bullet points. The recommendations we very helpful but couldn't stop the cursor from jumping to the top and typing backwards.

Very misleading. It says it is free and then once you try to download or email the resume to your email it charges you. Why not just be upfront about charging people instead of saying it's free?
