There should not be a membership fee but a charge when a resume is needed.
I know getting customers is hard but people will come back and pay when they have to and not when they are forced. This is where my resume resides so I had to make the hard decision to add this to my many bills and I do not even have a job. The company should offer a one-time charge and an option to be a subscriber. Only fair. You know it too.

The program was easy to use, but there were issues when trying to type bullets. The curser kept defaulting to the top of the page after every single letter I typed. It was very frustrating.
