I had to call customer service to find out that I could not use a debit card. The process would be much smoother if there were more clear instructions on only accepting credit cards.

I clicked on FREE resume builder, then at the end the only way to access my resume was to pay for it. Not happy to be tricked into paying for it, when it is stated free. But the resume builder was easy to use.

Price is too high. I would be willing to use this service for much cheaper and continue using it. But for now i will downloading my resume in it's form and uploading to a different site
