It makes it seem as it is a "free" service to use, but then won't let you download anything until you pay.

Good experience but some discrepancies on the CV templates, the fonts can be too big and look unprofessional. Some text has been put in bold when it shouldnt be (for example random words in job experience box)

You should not allow people to make the resume after you pay. Letting people work on it and then hitting them with a paywall is obnoxious and I only paid for it because this is the fifth site to do that. I have wasted a lot of time and all I want is for my resume to be AST compatible. Do you resumes even do that? At this point I have no idea!

Advertisement says it is a free service, but it is not. This is misleading and because of it, I would not recommend resume genius.

I don't like how you have to pay to download the resume, and that they will automatically bill you even if you just pay for the 14 day access which why would you need a expensive monthly access for building a resume. Seems like you are hoping for people to forget about it so you can scam them out of more money.
