The resume builder is great but advertising as free and then requiring payment at the end to save the document you spent time creating is false advertisement. Just say from the start that it costs money.

Overall easy to use, just a bit annoying that certain categories aren't always visible to be edited after they've been selected to be used in the resume

It took 3 cards before one of them didn't consider your website to be a questionable transaction. I realize that you are not the bank and don't control them but you could do a lot better notification that the reason I didn't get my resume is because the transaction was declined so that I would not waste time trying it multiple times.
