Great tool but extremely disingenious to seek payment after hours of work rather than give the choice and options at the outset. I'm annoyed and doesn't encourage me to remain on.

I would much prefer a monthly fee, rather than an annual fee "couched" as a monthly fee. It is not affordable to charge a year at a time like that. Even if you did quarterly payments, that would be more helpful.
Also, I was disappointed to not get a "FULL" view of my resume before having to order. It looked like everything fit on one page, until I ordered and then it shows that it either got cut off or became two pages.

Don't like not knowing I have to pay until I have spent time creating. Happy to pay the $3 but not the small print that says I have to cancel or be charged more than $20 a month.
