Absolutely unacceptable! This site is a complete scam. They lure you in with the promise of easy CV editing, only to hold your hard work hostage until you pay up. Nowhere in the process did they clearly state that downloading your finished CV would cost you. This is a blatant bait-and-switch tactic, and it's absolutely infuriating. Don't waste your time on this site. There are plenty of other free or upfront-priced CV builders out there that won't try to rip you off. Save yourself the frustration and go elsewhere.
