It is very misleading to advertise this as a free service only to come to the end after spending hours working on it to find out it isn't free after all, no matter how nominal you might think the fee is.

Once my resume was formatted it was in a different template than the one I had chosen. I could not find a way to reformat it. I tried the chat feature on the website but it was not helpful. Otherwise I found it to be easy to use and produced a professional product.
