Very difficult because free resume isn't free. We did not understand that free meant paying first for 14 days then cancelling

First of all its advertised as a "free resume builder". But, can't access resume until you pay for it. The only reason I paid is because I spent so long going over all of my details and editing that I didn't want to go through all of that again. If I was informed that this was a paid service, then I would have looked harder for a better one. Should have more templates or options to rearrange.
