I was really disappointed after spending about an hour or 2 on my resume to then right at the end find out I had to subscribe even though I selected the free trial at the start. Then when I went to cancel my subscription so that I would not continue to be charged each month it was difficult to get in contact with anyone. This should have all been made clear at the start of the process not right at the end.
