It feels predatory to allow customers to spent hours putting their resumes together only to run into a paywall at the very end of the process, especially when the options are a $95 annual subscription for a service I'm unlikely to use frequently, or a $2.95 trial option that auto renews at nearly 10x the price (plus, renewing every four weeks instead of every month is an obvious scummy cash grab). I'm happy with the quality of the product but I hate the way I've been treated as a customer. I also hate being constantly pushed to use AI to write for me. I am opposed to the use of LLM's for applications like this and I resent their legitimization.

You lied saying this is free and it is certainly not free. You shouldn't have allowed anyone to spend so much time building their resume to be better saying its free when you reveal at the very end that its not. Had you been upfront and honest we wouldn't be having this conversation.
