Technical Support Joel and Hanniel Kept hanging up on me intentionally when requesting assistance. I was very upset. This occured at around 8pm Central Standard Time. Please fix rectify this I am new to your site and that turned me off from using your service again. However my resume experience was good very easy to use interface. Thank You. Joel was too busy taking his dogs out I called back and spoke to Hanneil (not sure how to spell) and informed him of what happened he said, "Oh he hung up on you!" and did the same thing.
