A one-time resume download shouldn't be something I will have to be constantly charged monthly. I just need a resume and I am done! No ties, if I want it again, I pay for the specific period and no auto-payment renewal trap on my money.

Unable to edit basic cover letter templates/text without starting an entirely new cover letter from scratch each time. They have recently implemented a sickening tactic of not allowing you to copy and paste the text from the documents that you create within the program. I'm a paid subscriber, so what is your game? Mind games. That is your game. Why bother saving your CVs when they are forever locked into whatever job description header was inputed the first time. Makes this whole thing so gd frustrating I had to write a review. They could fix these issues but I don't see it happening. By the looks of things they are not and will not ever make any improvements to help the end user. They will only employ tactics to screw with your head and frustrate you. Would not reccomend to anyone ever.
