I like the resume part but the customer service was unpleasant. When I pretty much begged to cancel through customer service the person I spoke to pretty much wouldn't let me quit. I didn't have the money...I don't have the money and because I didn't know what to do I agreed to the 5 dollar deal but guess what I still didn't have the money and now I don't have the money in my bank for my daughters food because the subscription he wouldn't let me cancel.

Signed up for the free version was charged 34 a month unknowingly for
5 months. Who in their right mind needs to spend 34$ a month on resume stuff? Brutal. Also just let me cancel, Holy hell it's not that deep.

Resume Genius was easy to use. I uploaded my Curriculum Vitae that I have kept updated for over ten years and the template I chose plugged in most of the formatting that I wanted. I downloaded a word document because I couldn't figure out how to italicize some of the titles of my choreography to distinguish my work from the institutions that commissioned me.
