This website is just a scam waiting to happen. I was looking for a resume builder and stumbled upon this one. They say you can have a free 14 day trial and then cancel or else you'll be charged the monthly fee. After I had canceled, I was charged continuously until I finally noticed and when I called them. Customer service was terrible. I was put on hold for an extremely long time and the man I spoke with did not understand why I wanted to cancel and tried to tell me that their site is perfect for finding jobs. I said, "I am not looking for a job, I have a job thank you" and he continued to tell me how he can give me a discount which I continuously said no to. On the day that I was charged I called them and canceled the subscription online AND double checked over the phone. The next day I was charged again. Absolutely ridiculous. Do not use this website, don't even give them your email.
Found Resume-Now very helpful in completing an updated resume. Paid the base of 1.95 cancelled within 9 days via very helpful agent through a chat. Received cancellation number so I will update this review if acct. Wasn't cancelled but so far highly recommend this service.

I signed up for this and had meant to cancel right away but unfortunately forgot and was charged $24.95 per month for two months and it would have continued that way had I not called to cancel for a total of $300 per year almost for this service. I waited on hold for 30 minutes before trying the chat option and getting someone there faster. I spoke with Patric who was friendly but not very transparent. I told him right away I wanted to cancel and that when I was on the site if I clicked cancel it gave me an offfer if $4per month or $24.95 per year! That is $20 less per month or the same annual price of a year as I was paying for a month if I decided not to cancel. I asked Patric to match my monthly fee to that offer before cancelling so that I would only be billed the same amount as the offset hey were giving to those that were cancelling. He advised me that I should accept the offer and then he could refund me so that my account didnt cancel. I asked if I needed to keep the account in order to get the refund d and he advised I did not so since I am not using it I cancelled. He came back with a prorata refund of $16 which is generated by the system. I asked him to clarify what was being prorated since in had paid $50 for two months and that is not pro rated at all. He then told me that he had explained this to me if I cancelled WHAT?!?! Anyways he just kept asking over and over if he could help me with anything else instead of explaining how then pro rate works there and telling me that the system does it... so thanks for the $16 credit but Im super confused and wont be back...
If you can charge me the same thing monthly you give someone per year if they want to cancel I think you are a fraud.

When I initially logged on to this site I was under the impression it was free when I finished with my resume it asked for payment of $1.95 okay not what I expected but that's a reasonable price, well come to find out I have been charged $19.95 a month for the past 2 months which was NOT specified. Now when I go to cancel it saying that I will be charged an additional time for the month delay of cancellation so all in all I'm roughly 62 dollars In an awful company that I used for all of 15 mins. Terrible company!
After I signed up for Resume-Now service with a two week trial period I knew I would not be able to afford the normal fee and went to cancel the evening before I was to be billed. When I attempted to do so I was greeted with other billing options, including a 3/ every 4 weeks option. Since I did enjoy using the program this fit my need at this time as I am currently unemployed and still looking.
After getting a confirmation of the change the wording, at least for me, seemed confusing as it indicated I had signed up for a $3 discount and not a $3 plan.
Today I contacted the support team via chat option and the agent, Rosa, was very helpful in allaying my concerns and confirmed I did have a $3/four week plan. She was also helpful in changing my incorrect email information.
All in all I say great job, but please look into the verbiage for your plan confirmation, and please give Rosa what ever positive feedback your organization gives for doing a great job.

I always had a hard time trying to use the professional and educated words to identify about myself without sounding cocky, boastful or to wordy, but finding resume now is the best thing ever!. I don't even have to figure out what words to put together it does it for me, in so many different concept. I am very pleased, also I'm able to do other family members resume, which only would had taken me hours to do. It only takes me 1/2 hour for each completed resume. Love it

I signed up with this company and even after just using it once during a free trial I still got charged 19.24. I called and spoke with a customer service representative who offered to refund and grant me a promotion which would be 9.95 monthly. Two weeks after this call, there was no refund, they did charge me the $9.95 in addition to the $ 19.24 they just charged and they took out a $0.30 and a $0.58 for nothing that they could explain. Be careful how you use this company. You may end up calling for the rest of your life!

Software was able to help me add information, and it gave me a variety of resume samples to choose from, with excellent formats. However, it that software also didn't allow much flexibility to changes. I had one line left on the first page, that definitely needed to be the first line on page two, and it wouldn't allow me to move it over. I spent several hours fighting the software and wondered if it would have been better, (and obviously cheaper) to just spend that time creating a resume on Microsoft Word. In fact, I may end up doing that tomorrow anyway, and canceling my account.

It lets you build your resume and waste all your time before realizing they want your money befor even printing or downloading your resume.
