You should make it known before you start making your resume that you'll have to pay to download it. I would've made it without the help of Resume Now had I known. I also had an issue while working on the skills section where everything written would simply disappear at random. Aside from that I like how simple and easy the resume making process was and I like the way mine came out.

Not a good company, Go Elsewhere
Not a good company, take your business somewhere else! I just needed to update my resume, and I did not think it was clear that it is a subscription service. I never got an email stating I would be getting a charge of $25. When I unknowingly saw the charge on my card, I called the company and canceled. The agent on the phone was very unsympathetic and was unwilling to give me a refund for the charge. In these times with so many people out of work, you would think they would be more understanding. He didn't even offer an apology rather tried to sell me a new subscription at a cheaper rate. No thank you! I won't use or support this company again. They are very sneaky and don't communicate their charges or send you an emailed receipt.

Upon registering to our premium features we informed our users that we have a continuous billing feature that charges your account after the 14-day period and every month for the regular price afterward unless you choose to cancel your subscription beforehand.

You did not specify at the beginning of the process that I needed to pay for this. I'm upset about this but the job opening I'm applying closes tonight and I'm desperate to have a resume. This is not a good business practice. I'm canceling before the 14 days expire.
